Ground Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on destination state. All Gift Basket orders placed by 2 pm EST (11:00 PST) are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 2 pm EST (noon PST) are shipped the next business day. CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION: All orders shipped via free ground shipping that are placed by Dec 20th, except for delivery to the states listed in green on our shipping map, will probably arrive before Christmas. Although it is probable, it is not guaranteed. UPS does not guarantee any packages to be delivered before Christmas if shipped after Dec 6th. This means that there will be no refunds or discounts for orders placed after this date. PERISHABLE ITEMS: During the summer months, we provide ice packs in all chocolates & perishable gift items. During this time, the shipping method for all our chocolate gift baskets must be Next Day Air only. Although this is a more costly shipping method, it is the only way to ensure that the chocolate won't melt. SUBSTITUTIONS: At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of the gift. ENCLOSURE CARDS: An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name, so the recipient knows who sent the gift. PAYMENT: Gift Baskets by Candice accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal. We also accept a Cashiers Check or Money Order. Once the payment is received, your gift will be shipped. TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once the order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your gift online. CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION: If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to make any necessary changes. However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, we will need to contact either UPS, and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $15.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error. CANCELING YOUR ORDER: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by calling us at (620) 654-6037. Once the order has been shipped and not yet delivered, you will be charged for shipping, and the merchandise will be credited back, minus 20% restocking fees. REFUNDS: All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Gift Baskets by Candice will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your customer's satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Gift Baskets by Candice and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If your customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the members bill and the member will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to our warehouse and any address correction fees.
